Many more corporations will be in trouble because they do not attach much importance to ethical leadership and because many leaders do not know how to motivate employees. Employing people on the basis of friendships or any other irrelevant criteria, making false promises and unreasonable demands on employees, and not practising what you preach, erodes the bottom line, especially in the medium- and long-terms.
